Damjan Stanković designed this stoplight with a progress bar as an eco solution. Once you hit a stoplight that has just turned red, you can shut your engine off, wait, and turn it back on when the time is almost up. This lessens the amount of gas you use while idling and solves the questions we ask: Is this light broken or just really slow?
